Below are all the core modules that come as standard in both the Vault and Bailment software.

Your finance business is cash driven, so the efficient processing of that cash is of paramount importance. The Vault Cashbook Module goes further than most by providing unique coding options for cash which offer significant time savings. They are completely automatic and totally accurate.


The efficiency with which you are able to deal with all of your contacts is important. This requires a system that allows you to very easily access contact information and keep it up to date – Vault offers this.

Communication Management

All external dealings you have with your clients such as overdue letters, withholding tax certificates, welcome and thank you letters, marketing letters, deposit certificates, interest/maturity advices and lease invoices … are contained within and generated from Vault.

Dealer/ Broker Management

You enhance your business relationships by ensuring monies due to be paid by you are disbursed quickly and accurately. That requires a specialised accounts payable system that immediately records amounts due, such as asset purchases, payouts, commissions and brokerage, and allows you to have full control over what actually gets paid and when.

Insurer Management

You need a mechanism to accurately record insurance premiums so your reconciliation to an insurer invoice is straightforward. A specialised accounts payable system is used to record net insurance due to each insurer. Insurance commissions are recorded. Rebates are tracked separately.

General Ledger

Cashbook postings can be made directly to the General Ledger at any time. All other systems have their balances posted to the General Ledger as part of the month end procedure, or more regularly if required. The General Ledger System pulls all of the information from all the other Argos modules into one area, which provides a summary of your business position and profitability.
