Training

As part of being an Argos client, we provide onsite training that is specific to job roles.

Training is offered to existing clients when new staff members join or they want a refresh on how to use different functionality, for example.
Training is also delivered to all new Argos clients as part of set up – ensuring your competency from day one.

 

Training is broken up into sections, as some functionality will not be used until a while after initial installation.

Training is usually split as follows:
- Initial training and processing catch up.
- Month end training – includes end of month processes, reporting, reconciliation checks, understanding the General Ledger trial balance.
- 3 monthly review to clarify outstanding issues, review processes, and provide more training; generally fine tune what you are doing.

A formal implementation and training schedule is drawn up in consultation with you at the time you decide to proceed with Argos.
